Hello! My name is Jordy, and I’ll be handling all questions you might have with how to use the ‘Your Ideas’ page.
Simply post below using either the web comment form or the Facebook comment form (or send an email to jordy@robert2012.ca) and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
As people post questions, I’ll build an FAQ in this blog post so that others with the same questions can find the answer more easily.
One thing you should know is this: to check and see if an account posting in IdeaScale is officially associated with Robert’s team, you can click on their profile and look for the blue “moderator” badge, as shown in the picture below:
Ask away!

The font style in which the ‘Your Ideas” blog posts are presented is difficult for me to read. It appears in a grey rather than a black shade, and appears to be degraded – like an ‘unavailable’ greyed-out option on an application drop down menu.
Could we make these more legible please?
How do I login?
There’s a link in the top right hand corner of the screen when you go to http://ideas.robert2012.ca – first you must enter an email or use a social media account to Register. You won’t be able to enter ideas / comments there until you verify your email. (IdeaScale will send you an email to do this, be sure to check your spam folder).
Let me know if you have any further trouble.

I would like to rejoin the NDP and support Mr. Chisholm, but still don’t like to send credit card info through ‘cyberspace’. Could the necessary info be sent to me or advised as to where to go for completing necessary info. Home address – 6412 Roslyn Rd., Halifax, N. S. B3L 2M7
Totally understandable Mr. Duncan. I’ll look in to it right away.
Hi Mr. Duncan,
Getting in touch with the local NDP office will be the best bet. Their contact information is below. They should be able to send you the necessary info for completion.
